Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,753 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of t-circle formation, 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with SKP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKP1-to-partner and partner-to-SKP1 results are reported.
