SKOR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKOR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-CO3, MYO15A, and SCN1A. Each is linked with SKOR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKOR2-to-partner and partner-to-SKOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
