The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher SKOR1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SKOR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, LUSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where SKOR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
