Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SKIDA1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SKIDA1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher SKIDA1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SKIDA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SCLC, CESC, and THYM are the cancer types where SKIDA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
