Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKIDA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,039 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKIDA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALM, PTPRJ, and SERPINB1. Each is linked with SKIDA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIDA1-to-partner and partner-to-SKIDA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKIDA1 versus PALM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKIDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKIDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
