SKIDA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKIDA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,598 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKIDA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1915HG, MLLT10, and TET1. Each is linked with SKIDA1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIDA1-to-partner and partner-to-SKIDA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKIDA1 versus MIR1915HG in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKIDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKIDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
