SKI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKI RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,788 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKI-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASF2, EFCAB14, and RRP1B. Each is linked with SKI in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKI-to-partner and partner-to-SKI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKI versus WASF2 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
