Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,470 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKI-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02609, RTL1, and PROCR. Each is linked with SKI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKI-to-partner and partner-to-SKI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKI versus LINC02609 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
