SKI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,893 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKI-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC30P, MIR4510, and OSBPL9P1. Each is linked with SKI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKI-to-partner and partner-to-SKI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC30P grouped by SKI-low versus SKI-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
