Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKI RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,231 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKI-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Myelination in peripheral nervous system. Each is linked with SKI in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKI-to-partner and partner-to-SKI results are reported.
