SKI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 510 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKI-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, CST9, and PSAPL1. Each is linked with SKI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKI-to-partner and partner-to-SKI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by SKI-low versus SKI-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
