Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SKAP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SKAP2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SKAP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SKAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

COAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where SKAP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
