SKAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,804 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNRF2, CNN2, and FAM126A. Each is linked with SKAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SKAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKAP2 versus ZNRF2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
