SKAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,358 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, NCF4, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with SKAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SKAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKAP2 versus CYTH4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
