SKAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR190B, ATP6V1G1P3, and RNU2-13P. Each is linked with SKAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SKAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR190B grouped by SKAP2-low versus SKAP2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
