Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,947 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, and Protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with SKAP2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SKAP2 results are reported.
