Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO5, TTK, and ECT2. Each is linked with SKA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA2-to-partner and partner-to-SKA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKA2 versus FBXO5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
