Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 882 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR139, PGAP2, and MRPL49. Each is linked with SKA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA2-to-partner and partner-to-SKA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR139 grouped by SKA2-low versus SKA2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
