Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ATM, and c-Kit. Each is linked with SIX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX5-to-partner and partner-to-SIX5 results are reported.
