Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,762 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with SIX5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX5-to-partner and partner-to-SIX5 results are reported.
