Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, CCL19, and OR10G7. Each is linked with SIX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX5-to-partner and partner-to-SIX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by SIX5-low versus SIX5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
