The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SIX3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIX3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SIX3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
