SIX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,676 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYND8, ZFHX3_S3432, and MBP_S96. Each is linked with SIX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX2-to-partner and partner-to-SIX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIX2 versus ZMYND8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
