Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ASNS, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SIX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX2-to-partner and partner-to-SIX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SIX2-low versus SIX2-high in UCEC.
