Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIVA1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SIVA1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SIVA1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIVA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, ESCA, and LGG are the cancer types where SIVA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
