SIT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,106 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WDFY4, and WIPF1. Each is linked with SIT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIT1 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
