SIT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ49, TTTY5, and SMIM4. Each is linked with SIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ49 grouped by SIT1-low versus SIT1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
