SIT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, Rad50, and PI3K-p85. Each is linked with SIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin grouped by SIT1-low versus SIT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
