Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,609 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Viral transcription. Each is linked with SIT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIT1 results are reported.
