SIRT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,354 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPLOC4, PCYT2, and CEP131. Each is linked with SIRT7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT7-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
