SIRT7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,999 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMFG, MLKL, and PSMB3P1. Each is linked with SIRT7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT7-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
