SIRT7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIRT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,132 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRPEL1, LYAR, and ALAD. Each is linked with SIRT7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT7-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
