SIRT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIRT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNTD1, PYDC1, and MAGEB10. Each is linked with SIRT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT7-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
