SIRT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,737 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADO, SMC1A, and PTBP2. Each is linked with SIRT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT1 versus ADO in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
