Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,770 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC3, GKAP1, and MAPK8. Each is linked with SIRT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT1 versus SMC3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
