SIRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, Shc_pY317, and cIAP. Each is linked with SIRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by SIRT1-low versus SIRT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
