Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA6, LRRC10, and PRAMEF19. Each is linked with SIRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT1 results are reported.
