SIRPG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,885 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX4, MIR190B, and CLEC4F. Each is linked with SIRPG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPG-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BEX4 grouped by SIRPG-low versus SIRPG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
