The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SIRPD Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIRPD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where SIRPD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
