SIRPD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,033 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP30, WDFY4, and DEF6. Each is linked with SIRPD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPD-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRPD versus ARHGAP30 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
