The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SIRPB2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIRPB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SIRPB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
