SIRPB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,115 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR1B, LILRB3, and NFAM1. Each is linked with SIRPB2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPB2-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
