SIRPB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,705 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR2, CD4, and DOCK2. Each is linked with SIRPB2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPB2-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
