Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,228 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFNG, NCF4, and AHSA1. Each is linked with SIRPB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPB2-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
