Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with SIRPB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPB2-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPB2 results are reported.
