SIRPB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,277 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, PIK3CD, and PLCB2. Each is linked with SIRPB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPB1-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRPB1 versus ARHGAP45 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
