Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,728 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C19orf44, ZBTB34, and ZSCAN22. Each is linked with SIRPB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPB1-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRPB1 versus C19orf44 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
