The most reproducible SIRPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P19, RTCB, and PSMD11. Each is linked with SIRPB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPB1-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPB1 results are reported.
