Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIRPB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,893 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monocyte extravasation, Endocytosis involved in viral entry into host cell, and Receptor-mediated endocytosis of virus by host cell. Each is linked with SIRPB1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPB1-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPB1 results are reported.
