Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIRPA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SIRPA data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SIRPA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIRPA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where SIRPA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
